We process your personal data only to the extent needed to reply to you and to run the website. We do not sell it, do not pass it on for advertising and do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.

When you fill in the form we process your name, e-mail address and, where given, company, phone and the text of your message — solely in order to reply.
Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
We keep the message for at most three years after the last communication. If the enquiry becomes an engagement, accounting and tax retention periods apply.
Server logs
On every page view the hosting provider records the IP address, time, address requested, browser type and referring page. This serves operation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The logs are kept briefly and are not linked to an individual.
Cookies
We use a single cookie — irx_lang — which remembers the chosen language. It lasts one year and is necessary for the site to work, so no consent is required. We use no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Content from other servers
The site loads nothing from third-party servers — the typeface, images and scripts all sit on our own hosting. Your IP address therefore never reaches a third party.
Recipients
Our hosting and e-mail provider has access as a processor, under a data processing agreement. We do not transfer data to third countries outside the EU.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. An e-mail to us is enough.
If you believe the processing is unlawful you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Changes
If the website changes in a way that affects data processing, we will update this text as well. The version published at this address is the one that applies.
