What you would be doing

  • Mapovanie a dokumentovanie súčasných procesov u klienta (AS-IS) formou workshopov a rozhovorov s kľúčovými používateľmi
  • Identifikácia úzkych miest, duplicít a manuálnych krokov vrátane vyčíslenia potenciálu úspor času a nákladov
  • Návrh cieľového stavu procesov (TO-BE) vrátane procesných modelov v BPMN, rolí a kontrolných bodov
  • Príprava business case a odporúčania vhodného riešenia pre klienta
  • Zber požiadaviek, tvorba funkčných špecifikácií a akceptačných kritérií
  • Konfigurácia workflow a procesných nástrojov, spolupráca s vývojovým tímom pri úpravách na mieru
  • Návrh integrácií na existujúce systémy klienta (ERP, DMS, HR systémy, účtovníctvo)
  • Riadenie akceptačného testovania, príprava migračného a nábehového plánu
  • Vedenie školení a workshopov pre koncových a kľúčových používateľov na Slovensku aj v Českej republike
  • Tvorba používateľskej a procesnej dokumentácie v slovenskom a českom jazyku
  • Podpora zmenového riadenia – komunikácia zmien, práca s odporom a meranie adopcie po nasadení
  • Vyhodnotenie prínosov projektu po nábehu a návrh ďalších krokov rozvoja
  • Účasť na prezentáciách pre klientov, príprava demo scenárov a odhadov pracnosti
  • Spolupráca na tvorbe ponúk a odpovediach na tendre vrátane verejného obstarávania
  • Sledovanie legislatívnych požiadaviek v SK a ČR (elektronická fakturácia, eIDAS, GDPR, archivácia dokumentov)
  • Budovanie dlhodobého vzťahu s klientom a identifikácia príležitostí na rozšírenie spolupráce
  • Pravidelné cestovanie za klientmi v rámci Slovenska a Českej republiky
