PPP-RL Manager in production

The PPP-RL directive requires German hospitals to maintain minimum staffing in psychiatry and psychosomatics and to prove every quarter that they did. The calculation is detailed: minutes per patient and week, five professional groups, treatment areas, conversion into full-time equivalents, plus transitional thresholds that change every year.

The application does all of it in one place. From the recorded treatment days and staffing it derives the minimum requirement under sections 6 and 7, shows the level of compliance by quarter and by professional group, and warns long before the year is closed. Where the requirement is missed, it quantifies the payment reduction under section 13 and projects where the year is heading.

The output is the official record under annex 3 and the electronic XML delivery, validated against the official schema before anything leaves the building. Documents can be taken away as a digitally signed PDF or an Excel workbook; data can be imported from Excel or CSV.

We build the connection to the systems the hospital already runs, so the data flows and nobody retypes it. The scope is always individual: it depends on which systems are in use and what can be taken out of them.
