Analýza procesov a nasadenie AI service

Most companies no longer ask whether to use AI. They ask where it makes sense — and where it is merely an expensive way of doing what an ordinary form could do. That cannot be answered from a desk. It can be answered once it is visible how the processes actually run.

How it works. We start on the floor, not in the meeting room. For several days we watch how work really moves through the company — who receives what, what they do with it, who they pass it to and where it waits. We talk to the people who do the work, not only to those who are responsible for it. The procedure says how it should be; we are interested in how it is.

What comes out of it. A process map with numbers: how often a month it repeats, how many minutes it takes, where a figure is retyped a second time, where a decision is waited on and what an error costs. Without those numbers every recommendation is just an opinion, and a year later nobody can say whether anything improved.

Where digitalisation is enough. When the input is structured, the rule unambiguous and exceptions rare, AI has no business there. That work is solved by a form with approval, a connection between two systems, or one well-written check — cheaper, faster, and without anyone having to verify that the model understood correctly. Most of what companies want to hand to an agent belongs here.

Where an AI agent belongs. Where the input arrives in human language or in a shape that differs every time — e-mails, attachments, enquiries, contracts, reports. Where things must be compared, sorted and prepared for a decision, but a person should make the decision. And where the volume is large and the work repetitive, so that supervision pays for itself. The agent works under a name you can see, hands over the result, and passes on what it is unsure about — it does not quietly settle it.

Where we recommend nothing. That is a result too. A process that runs ten times a year, or one where an error costs more than the whole saving, is not worth rebuilding. We say so directly and write down why — that is cheaper than a project that is quietly switched off a year later.

The recommendation and the order. You get a list of areas ranked by what is worth doing first: what it brings, what it costs, how long it takes and what must be prepared. Separately, what can be done straight away with your own people — even if you go no further with us.

Pilot and rollout. If you decide to continue, we take one process and roll it out measured against the baseline. When the numbers hold, the next one follows. We roll out in stages, with training and supervision — a tool nobody uses has no value.

Why us. We are not consultants with a slide deck. We build our own applications — bookkeeping, payroll, controlling — so we know what a rollout actually costs and what goes wrong in practice. And when the analysis shows that digitalisation is enough, we can build that too.
